In Kyrgyzstan, the volume of passenger transportation increased by 4.1% over 11 months, reaching 603.5 million
The highest number of passengers was recorded in the capital of the country, Bishkek, where 377 million 735.2 thousand people were transported. For comparison, in 2024 this figure was 367 million 643.5 thousand. Following Bishkek is the Chui region with 92 million 212.8 thousand passengers (in 2024 — 90 million 65.2 thousand) and the Jalal-Abad region with 31 million 58.8 thousand (last year — 29 million 374.4 thousand).
Growth in passenger transport volumes is also observed in several other regions. In the Osh region, the number of transported passengers increased to 30 million 400.1 thousand (compared to 25 million 576.3 thousand in 2024). In the city of Osh, this figure was 27 million 371.8 thousand compared to 26 million 22.9 thousand. In the Batken region, the number of passengers rose to 11 million 391.8 thousand (last year — 9 million 76.8 thousand).
Additionally, growth is also observed in other regions: in the Issyk-Kul region, 13 million 288.1 thousand were transported, in the Naryn region — 12 million 827.2 thousand, and in the Talas region — 7 million 226.9 thousand passengers.
