Tax payment requirement (TPR) is an official document that the State Tax Service sends to banks for the forced collection of tax debts from citizens' bank accounts.
According to Kulchoroев, automatic tax collection helps protect taxpayers from accumulating significant fines.

He provided an example: if a citizen owes 2,000 soms per year for property and accidentally forgets to pay, the statute of limitations, according to the Tax Code, is six years.

“If the debt is not settled within six years, it grows to 12,000 soms. Additionally, penalties are added to this amount — 0.09 percent for each day of delay. As a result, after six years, the debt can reach 24,000 soms,” noted Turatbek Kulchoroев.
Tax service specialists emphasize that the TPR allows for timely debt settlement without unnecessary bureaucratic procedures.
Furthermore, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce has put forward a draft amendment to the procedure for collecting tax debts for discussion. This document proposes the implementation of automatic debt deductions from taxpayers' bank accounts, concerning only recognized debts — those that have not been disputed or have been confirmed by court proceedings.
