From March 24 to 26, a significant business visit by a group of entrepreneurs from the Ivanovo region of Russia took place in Kyrgyzstan. The mission was organized by the Entrepreneurship Development and Export Support Center of the region with the assistance of the Trade Representation of Russia in the Kyrgyz Republic. In Bishkek, Russian businessmen showcased a wide range of high technologies that can compete with Western brands in the local market.
The most attention was drawn to excavators and mining equipment from the company "MK KRANEKS," which have already established themselves as reliable solutions for heavy industry. Local builders also expressed interest in geosynthetic materials from "UltraStab," necessary for strengthening road and airfield surfaces. During the visit, modern adhesive compositions from Umacoll and orthopedic products made from Memory Foam, used in sports medicine, were presented.
The visit began with a meeting at the Trade Representation, where Ivanovo exporters learned about the peculiarities of doing business in Kyrgyzstan. Russian entrepreneurs received information about the state of the local market and assessed opportunities for promoting their products. Representatives of the Trade Representation answered questions about finding reliable business partners and the conditions of operation within the EAEU.
A key moment of the visit was the B2B negotiations organized for Russian companies with leading players in the Kyrgyz market. For example, machine builders from Ivanovo held meetings with the management of the largest mining companies in the country, while producers of geomaterials discussed supply plans for the implementation of major infrastructure projects.
Those who wish to establish contact with Russian manufacturers can access a hotline at the Trade Representation at +996 312 59 20 93. The results of the visit highlight that industrial cooperation between Russia and Kyrgyzstan is moving to a new level, offering the market not only goods but also ready-made engineering solutions.
