Kyrgyz citizens spent 564 million dollars abroad
The tourism sector of Kyrgyzstan reached over 1 billion dollars in revenue in 2025, according to data from the National Statistics Committee.
Foreign guests left 1 billion 98.5 million dollars in the country, which is an increase of 8.1% compared to 2024. Meanwhile, investments in the sector decreased: over 19 billion soms were invested in the construction and reconstruction of tourist facilities, which is 3.3% less than last year.
Restaurants and other catering establishments earned 26.1 billion soms, showing a revenue growth of 20.9% compared to the same period last year. Hotels earned 11.1 billion soms, while transportation expenses of foreign tourists amounted to 17.3 billion soms.
Kyrgyz citizens' expenses for trips abroad (import of services) totaled 564 million dollars.
