As part of the proposed changes, the agency plans to supplement the provisions regarding "The Procedure for Leasing State Property." In particular, amendments will be made to Appendices 4 and 5, which contain samples of standard lease agreements for both real estate and movable property.
According to the new regulations, the lease of an asset will be automatically terminated if the agency decides to sell or transfer it, which is in state ownership.
