The President's Administration has instructed to assign 113 industrial projects to ministers with personal responsibility, - Ministry of Economic Development
According to Karasartov, each project will be associated with a specific government agency, and personal responsibility for their timely launch has been placed on the heads of these agencies. In case of failure to meet deadlines, individual responsibility is provided.
He added that the initiative to create the list of 113 projects came from the President's Administration and was submitted for approval. After its approval, a responsible employee — the head of the relevant government agency — will be assigned to each project.
“For example, if the Ministry of Economy is entrusted with 15 projects, then the minister is personally responsible for their implementation by the end of the year. If a project is not launched for any reason, he will bear the responsibility,” he noted.
Furthermore, Karasartov emphasized that entrepreneurs often face administrative barriers, including difficulties with land transformation, approvals, and logistics. In such situations, government agencies must intervene promptly to resolve emerging issues.
For instance, during the implementation of a gas concrete production plant project in the Alamudun district, the problem of delivering oversized equipment from China, which was delayed at the "Torugart" checkpoint, was successfully resolved. After the intervention of government structures, the cargo was safely delivered to the construction site.
Karasartov also noted that responsible government agencies must respond quickly to emerging difficulties to ensure the launch of all planned enterprises.
