- At the briefing on March 17, member of the Presidium of the Business Council of the EAEU Danil Ibraev announced a significant increase in the budget for industrial cooperation to 9 billion rubles by 2026.
According to Ibraev, 3 billion rubles were allocated for these purposes in 2025, and only 1.8 billion rubles in 2024. Thus, the volume of funding has increased fivefold compared to 2024.

He clarified that this funding is aimed at supporting cooperative projects involving residents from at least three EAEU countries. These projects are intended to create a unified product that can then be sold both in the internal market of the union and beyond its borders.

One of the support mechanisms has been the provision of subsidies to compensate for the interest rate on loans, which significantly reduces the cost of borrowed funds for participants in cooperative projects.
“For example, if the key rate in the Russian Federation is 15.5%, then a loan that may initially be issued at 21-22% will ultimately cost 6-6.5%,” Ibraev noted.

Additionally, he added that in 2025 Kyrgyzstan made its first progress in this area by agreeing on its first project for the production of cases for computer equipment.
“I hope that soon the laptop that is on your desk will be partially produced in the Kyrgyz Republic — in particular, the cases,” he emphasized.
