According to him, significant results have already been achieved in 2025 in the development of joint products manufactured by residents of three or more countries of the union. Funding in this area shows steady growth: if the budget in 2024 was 1.8 billion rubles, it will increase to 3 billion in 2025, and reach 9 billion rubles in 2026.
“This indicates that the Eurasian Economic Commission effectively uses direct financial instruments to provide subsidies that help offset the interest rate on loans,” Ibraev added.
He also provided an example: with the Bank of Russia's interest rate at 15.5% and the cost of credit at 21-22%, the final rate for entrepreneurs, after applying subsidies, will be about 6-6.5%. The budget for this mechanism is formed from anti-dumping and compensatory duties, which can reach 10%.
Danil Ibraev noted that in 2025, Kyrgyzstan made significant progress in this area. The coordination of the first project for the production of computer cases has been completed, and in the future, plans are in place to launch the production of laptops and tablets.
In addition, this year, the start of a project for the production of specialized heat-resistant paper for the construction industry is planned. At the initiative of the Kyrgyz side, the implementation of cooperative projects in the agro-industrial complex involving three or more countries will begin this year.
