According to the new resolution, companies such as LLC "Aero Kyrgyzstan" and LLC "Taza Energy" have been included in the list of objects for transfer to the charter capitals of state enterprises. These assets will be transferred to the charter capitals of JSC "Kyrgyzstan Airports" and JSC "Directorate of Construction of Power Plants".
The expansion of the list of objects also affected regional assets. In the Issyk-Kul region, LLC "Lyazzat" was included, while in the Osh region, LLC "Nurdin Trans" and Wholesale International were added. These companies are planned to be transferred to the charter capital of JSC "State Customs Infrastructure".
In addition, a non-residential premises with a land plot of 0.996 hectares located at 101 Chingiz Aitmatov Avenue in Bishkek will be transferred. This property will remain under the State Committee for National Security.
This resolution will come into effect 10 days after its signing.
