Recently, the plant of LLC "Stilex," specializing in the production of aluminum profiles and casting products, began operations in Kyrgyzstan. This information was provided by the press service of the National Investment Agency under the President of the country.
According to the agency, Ravshanbek Sabirov, the head of the agency, visited the plant and familiarized himself with its infrastructure, as well as its production capacities and the implementation of the investment project.
As part of this project, a production complex with an area of 10,800 square meters was built, which includes casting and pressing workshops, a painting line, warehouses for raw materials and finished products, a quality control laboratory, as well as an administrative and domestic building and logistics areas.
The production process of the plant covers the entire cycle—from the preparation of aluminum raw materials to the creation of finished profiles.
According to available data, the plant's capacity allows for the production of 1,400 to 1,500 tons of aluminum casting and about 1,000 to 1,300 tons of aluminum products each year. The total investment in the first phase of the project amounted to approximately 15 million US dollars.
Ravshanbek Sabirov noted that the launch of the plant contributes to the development of Kyrgyzstan's industry, creates new jobs, and forms a modern industrial base.
The second phase of the project is also planned, which will include the launch of an additional production line, allowing for increased production volumes, diversification of the product range, and enhancement of the enterprise's export potential.
