According to the information, in order to support the acquisition of high-yield breeding livestock, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved a project titled "Development of Breeding Livestock in the Kyrgyz Republic" on March 5, 2025 (Order No. 139-r).
As part of this project, in 2025, 180 loans were issued for a total amount of 588.6 million soms, distributed as follows:
— 169 loans for 540.6 million soms were issued to "Peasant (Farm) Enterprises and Individual Entrepreneurs";
— 9 loans for 38 million soms were received by "Breeding Farms and Enterprises";
— 1 loan for 5 million soms was provided to "Artificial Insemination Technicians";
— 1 loan for 5 million soms was also issued to "Importers".
Additionally, in order to ensure sustainable development of seed production and nursery management, as well as to carry out timely variety changes and updates, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic approved the project "Development of Seed Production and Nursery Management in the Kyrgyz Republic" on May 26, 2025 (Order No. 416-r).
As of 2025, within the framework of this project, 7 entities received preferential loans totaling 15.8 million soms. Of these:
— 5 loans for 11.8 million soms were issued for "Seed Production";
— 2 loans for 4 million soms were provided for "Nurseries".
Thus, in 2025, within the framework of two state projects, 187 entities were able to receive preferential financing totaling approximately 604.4 million soms.
