- According to statistics, by the end of 2025, 1.8 million head of cattle were registered in various farms of Kyrgyzstan, which is an increase of 1.7% compared to 2024.

Analysis shows that the population of sheep and goats amounted to 6.3 million, increasing by 0.8%. The number of poultry reached 8.6 million, which is 11.9% more than last year.

As for pigs, their population at the end of 2025 was 27.3 thousand, representing a growth of 2.4% compared to the previous year.

On separately located farms, there are 3.9 million head of livestock and poultry, of which 45% are birds.

In addition, there are approximately 16 thousand pigs on such farms, which accounts for 57% of the total population, and the number of horses exceeds 100 thousand, which is 18% of the total number.

On separately located farms, there are also about 956 thousand sheep and goats, which constitutes about 15% of the total, and approximately 213 thousand head of cattle, which is nearly 12%.
