The State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic, in collaboration with sellers and marketplaces, has successfully tested a new electronic invoice form. This initiative aims to simplify trade through electronic platforms, as reported by the press service of the tax authority.
As a result of the testing, successful export of goods from Kyrgyzstan to Russia through the territory of Kazakhstan was carried out.
The goal of implementing the new electronic invoice form is to create more comfortable conditions for businesses and ensure stable export of goods from the country.
The electronic invoice used for trading on marketplaces is issued as an electronic document until the goods are exported from Kyrgyzstan.
This document serves solely for the documentary support of goods intended for subsequent sale on electronic trading platforms.
It is important to note that the issuance of such an invoice is not considered a fact of sale of goods and does not incur tax obligations.
The algorithm for issuing an invoice in the electronic invoice information system:
It is necessary to log into the electronic invoice system (EIS EIS) and select the section "EIS for marketplaces".
In the upper right corner of the screen, you should click the "Add" button.
Then the taxpayer must fill in the relevant fields according to the established rules for issuing and applying the invoice for trading on the electronic platform.
It should be emphasized that the invoice issued in the framework of such activities cannot be corrected and is not subject to cancellation.
Therefore, the taxpayer is obliged to fill in all data carefully, accurately, and without errors, as the entered information cannot be changed or canceled later.
