In Kara-Kul, a meeting was held where representatives of small and medium-sized businesses gathered. The main topic of discussion was the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 18 dated January 28, 2026, concerning the introduction of a temporary moratorium on tax audits for entrepreneurs.

Attendees included city prosecutor's office staff, representatives of the State Tax Service (GNS), and local individual entrepreneurs.

During the discussion, participants were thoroughly informed that the temporary ban on tax audits applies to all cases that fall outside the established regulations. This decision aims to:

- stimulate the activity of entrepreneurs in the country;

- improve the investment climate;

- reduce administrative pressure on businesses.

Representatives of regulatory bodies noted that the Constitution guarantees freedom of economic activity, and interference in the affairs of entrepreneurs on grounds not provided for by law is unacceptable.

Significant attention was also paid to legal aspects. Prosecutor's office staff stated that any violations of the moratorium conditions by government officials will be strictly prosecuted under the law. Every signal regarding unlawful audits will be subject to a prosecutor's review with appropriate measures taken in response.
