According to the ministry's data, by 2025, the following indicators have been achieved in the field of seed and seedling preparation:
Seed farms: 86 farms have been registered. Within the framework of the subsidy program, 4,485.1 tons of spring and autumn seeds were distributed among 2,794 agricultural entities, which is 29.6% more than in 2024.
Nurseries: a total of 24. The total number of seedlings produced amounted to 15,037,000 pieces, which exceeds the results of 2024 by 23%.
The ministry emphasized that preferential loans and subsidies are intended to support agriculture, provide farmers with quality seeds and seedlings, and improve the volume and quality of produced goods. According to the department, such measures contribute to the development of agriculture, strengthening local production, and ensuring food security.
The ministry also reported its intention to continue supporting seed farms and greenhouses, as well as to implement new mechanisms for subsidies and preferential lending.
