First of all, the special regime for LLC "Regional Payment Systems" ("RPS") was closed. As a result, license No. 7002260821, issued under this regime, has been revoked.
This pilot regime allowed for testing operations related to the issuance of electronic money, as well as acquiring bank cards. As a result of the conducted trials, amendments were made to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, the special regime for LLC "QuickPay System" has also been completed, and license No. 7004160424, issued under this regime, has been annulled. This regime was established to test operations for the issuance of electronic money, and corresponding amendments to the legislation of Kyrgyzstan were also made based on its outcomes.
