- The Ministry of Finance plans to introduce new forms of financial reporting for public administration institutions in 2026, which will comply with International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS). This decision is part of a plan to implement financial standards for government organizations from 2026 to 2032.

As part of this project, forms will be developed for reports such as the balance sheet, income statement (or statement of financial performance), statement of changes in equity, and statement of cash flows.

The departments responsible for the implementation of the project are the Accounting Development Department of the Ministry of Finance, the Reporting Consolidation Department of the Central Treasury, as well as the IPSAS consultant.
Note:

International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), as defined by the World Bank, are a set of accounting standards developed by the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board (IPSASB) under the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) for use by government organizations in preparing financial reports.
