During the discussion, deputy Bekbolot Arzibaev raised the issue of the sharp increase in municipal debt, which is actively being discussed in society, and requested information on its exact amount.
In response, the mayor stated that he cannot provide final figures at the moment, assuring that complete data will only be available upon the completion of the audit by the relevant authorities.
Arzibaev, in turn, pointed out that according to his information at the end of last year, the city's debt was approximately 1.5 billion soms.
The budget project for the current year proposes an amount of 5 billion 205 million soms, which is 1.8 billion soms more compared to the figures of the previous year.
