He noted that the facility has still not been put into operation. The land on which the building is located was previously leased to the developer by the city hall, but now the company is being required to purchase the plot at market value.
“Construction companies will not be able to afford to buy plots at market price right now,” the deputy emphasized.
Bekeshev also mentioned a recent meeting of President Sadyr Japarov with representatives of the construction sector, during which specific decisions were made regarding such issues. However, the deputy believes that the city hall has not yet implemented these directives.
In this regard, he appealed to the government and the Bishkek city hall to address the situation, ensure the implementation of the president's decisions, and eliminate artificial obstacles hindering the completion of construction and the commissioning of housing.
