Within the framework of the new document, a special Commission has been established under the Cabinet, which will be responsible for selecting such projects. The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan has been appointed as the secretariat of this commission.
The Ministry of Economy has been tasked with several key responsibilities:
- to create a list of selected projects and appoint responsible state bodies for their implementation, as well as maintain the corresponding registry;
- to approve the composition of curators for each project from among the deputies of heads of state bodies;
- to monitor the implementation of projects on a quarterly basis and submit reports to the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic by the 15th of the following month.
The new resolution also cancels several previous decisions of the Cabinet on this topic, including resolutions that were in effect from 2023 to 2025.
The document comes into force upon its official publication.

The First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic, who will chair the Commission;
The Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic, acting as the Deputy Chair of the Commission.
Members of the Commission:
The Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic - Head of the Department for Preparing Decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers;
The Minister of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic;
The Minister of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
The Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic;
The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic (by agreement);
The Head of the National Investment Agency under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic;
The Chairman of the State Tax Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
The Chairman of the State Customs Service under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic;
An expert in the regional development sector working in the organizational-inspection department of the office for preparing decisions of the President and the Cabinet of Ministers.
