Russia and China intend to create a joint working group that will focus on sharing experiences in the field of legislation related to unmanned transport. This idea was announced by the press service of the Russian government following the visit of Transport Minister Andrey Nikitin to Beijing.
During his visit, Nikitin met with Chinese Transport Minister Liu Wei. Both sides noted that Russia and China hold leading positions in the world in the development and implementation of unmanned technologies. The formation of a bilateral working group will be an important step for the rapid exchange of information on regulatory legal frameworks, which, in turn, will help accelerate the integration of autonomous transport into the transport systems of both countries.
