The authorized capital of "Aiyl Bank" will be increased by 60 billion soms

Today, March 3, an extraordinary meeting of the shareholders of OJSC "Aiyl Bank" took place, during which the increase of the authorized capital was discussed. This was reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

At the meeting, it was decided to increase the authorized capital of OJSC "Aiyl Bank" by 60 billion soms through the issuance of new shares. A new version of the charter of OJSC "ABank" was also adopted, and re-registration with the justice authorities of Kyrgyzstan was planned.

Previously, the shareholders decided to rename OJSC "Aiyl Bank" to OJSC "ABank".

According to the latest data, the authorized capital of OJSC "Aiyl Bank" amounts to 16 billion 467 million 480 thousand soms. On March 2, 2026, the government of Kyrgyzstan (order No. 127-t) instructed the Ministry of Finance to issue government short-term bonds in the amount of 60 billion soms for the bank's recapitalization.

The proceeds from the placement of the bonds (for a term of 15 years with a coupon of 3%) will be fully directed towards increasing the bank's authorized capital.

After the completion of this operation, the authorized capital will increase by 60 billion soms.

OJSC "Aiyl Bank" is recommended to purchase government securities for the specified amount and ensure annual growth of net profit over 15 years, with subsequent transfer of the entire amount of net profit as dividends to the republican budget.

The State Agency for Management of State Property has been instructed to ensure the increase of the authorized capital and to comply with the requirements of the order when distributing profits.
