Kyrgyzstan will build a trade and logistics hub in Novosibirsk

The construction of a trade and logistics center in the Novosibirsk region has become part of a project by the Kyrgyz Republic, which, according to the "Kyrgyz Export" center, will allow the accumulation of up to 20,000 tons of agricultural products.

This facility will become an important link in the supply chain of Kyrgyz goods to the Russian market.

The project includes not only storage functions but also opportunities for primary processing and preparation of fruit and vegetable products for sale. Special attention is paid to compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards and the creation of optimal storage conditions, which is critical for ensuring the preservation of the quality of perishable goods in the Siberian climate.

In addition, the possibility of creating a similar logistics center in Central Asia is being considered. A land area of 10 to 20 hectares has already been allocated for this project in the suburbs of Almaty.

The construction of the logistics hub in Novosibirsk underscores Bishkek's commitment to diversifying export infrastructure and strengthening its position in the Russian market. The successful implementation of this project, which is currently at the stage of technical and economic justification, could serve as a model for further cooperation in the agro-industrial sector among the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union.
