The Housing Committee approved a $40 million loan for power lines and substation repairs
As part of this project, the construction of a high-voltage power line "Kristall — Zhyldyz" with a voltage of 220 kilovolts and a length of 17.9 kilometers is planned.
In addition, the project includes a complete reconstruction of the substations "Kristall" and "Torobaev," which have been in operation for more than 45-50 years.
A concessional loan of $40 million is allocated for the implementation of these activities, with a repayment period of 25 years. The grace period will be five years, and the interest rate will be 1.5% per annum.
