These benefits apply to non-degreased cocoa paste, cocoa butter, and cocoa fat (according to codes 1803 10 000 0 and 1804 00 000 0 of the EAEU Customs Tariff).
- Armenia — with a volume of no more than 300 and 200 tons,
- Belarus — up to 5.5 and 3.5 thousand tons,
- Kyrgyzstan — exclusively 300 tons of cocoa fat,
- Russia — no more than 37 thousand tons in both categories.
This customs tariff regulation measure will be in effect until April 30, 2027, inclusive.
“These products are in demand by confectionery manufacturers for the production of chocolate, candies, and other chocolate products, and are also used in the pharmaceutical and perfumery industries,” noted EEC Minister of Trade Andrey Slepnev.
This decision will come into effect ten calendar days after its official publication.
