On February 17, 2026, the Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the Kirov Region, Udmurt Republic, and Perm Krai conducted quarantine phytosanitary control on 128 tons of wheat bran intended for shipment to Kyrgyzstan.
All bran passed laboratory tests at the Perm branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "VNIIKR," which confirmed the absence of quarantine pests. The laboratory examination confirmed that the product meets phytosanitary standards. Phytosanitary certificates were issued for the exported batch.
