Three main reports were presented on the agenda of the meeting: on the results of work in the economic and financial sectors, on the state of the real economy sector, and on the social sphere for 2025.
The President shared the strategy for the economic development of Kyrgyzstan for the coming years, highlighting three key conditions for achieving growth:
- Effective governance and political will;
- Establishment of institutional order;
- Prioritization of state interests over personal ones.
“Today we are talking not about recovery, but about the development of the country. Despite our limited resources and lack of access to the sea, we have proven that we are capable of achieving significant growth rates,” noted the president.
Sadyr Japarov also reminded that the average GDP growth of the country over the past four years was 10.2%. According to data from the International Monetary Fund, in 2024 Kyrgyzstan was among the three countries with the highest real GDP growth in the world.
