In addition, the repair of 608 hydraulic structures was completed, 174 water measuring posts were restored, as well as 91 stations and 156 pumping units, of which 19 were replaced with new ones.
According to the minister, mechanical cleaning covered 206 kilometers of the collector-drainage network. In 2025, 40 rural settlements gained access to drinking water, allowing more than 75,000 people to benefit from water supply. A total of 3.7 billion soms was allocated from the budget to finance these activities.
Akunbekov also noted that currently, construction of water supply systems is underway in 70 rural districts, 25 cities, and 601 villages. By 2026, it is planned to provide drinking water to another 70 villages and three cities.
