
The first meeting of the interdepartmental working group, which is preparing significant changes to the tax legislation of Kyrgyzstan, was held under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Economy Iskender Asylkulov. The press service of the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic reports that this meeting served as a starting point for the reform of the Tax Code.
The working group includes deputies from the relevant committee of the Jogorku Kenesh, as well as representatives from various state structures and the business community. Participants discussed the work plan and distributed responsibility for key aspects of the future bill, which aims to optimize the tax system in accordance with the needs of the economy and create favorable conditions for sustainable business development.
The Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic calls on entrepreneurs and all interested parties to actively participate in the formation of a new tax policy. The ministry emphasizes the importance of constructive cooperation between the state and the private sector to create effective and viable norms.
To submit proposals for the Tax Code, several requirements must be followed:
specify the specific articles of the code that need changes;provide a detailed justification for the feasibility of the proposed amendments.
