According to this resolution, the following enterprises will be established:
the state enterprise “Irrigation Construction”, which will operate under the Water Resources Service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic;
the state enterprise “Water Construction”, also under the supervision of the Water Resources Service of the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, amendments have been made to the document of the Cabinet of Ministers dated March 7, 2024, No. 98, concerning the new version of the management scheme of the Water Resources Service.
Updates have also been made to the government resolution of the Kyrgyz Republic dated September 11, 2019, No. 468: Appendix 1 to the regulations of state enterprises is now supplemented by items 35 and 36, which include the newly established enterprises.
This resolution will come into force 7 days after its official publication. It was published in the newspaper “Erkin Too” on February 17, 2026, issue No. 11.
