At a press conference on February 24, Deputy Chairman of the National Bank Azat Kozubekov announced that Kyrgyzstan's international reserves amount to about 10 billion US dollars.
As Kozubekov noted, the level of international reserves is largely determined by fluctuations in gold prices on the global market.

“Although the price of gold shows volatility, the current volume of reserves is a record for our country,” he added.
