According to him, digitalization covers not only areas related to the EAEU but also bilateral relations.
“With the development of various economic directions, establishing rapid information exchange with government bodies of other countries becomes important,” he noted.
As an example, Nasirdinov cited the difficulties faced by Kyrgyz transporters when crossing the border with Kazakhstan. Since last year, agreements on rapid information exchange between the Committee of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the tax authorities of Kyrgyzstan have been in effect.
“The automatic exchange of data on vehicles significantly simplifies the process. In case of vehicle detention, all issues can be resolved quickly, and additional documents are provided if necessary,” he added.
Moreover, digital exchange is actively used in the distribution of import customs duties within the EAEU. These duties are collected in the common budget of the union and then distributed among the member states according to established percentages. According to Nasirdinov, daily data exchange is also carried out for this purpose.
Work is ongoing in the direction of recognizing bank guarantees within the framework of public procurement, as well as implementing digital solutions in other sectors of the economy.
