The budget expenditures of Bishkek in 2025 amounted to 30.7 billion soms, with the majority of the funds directed towards the development of urban infrastructure.
In addition, in 2025, an additional 2.9 billion soms was allocated from the Stabilization Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic to support urban infrastructure. These funds were primarily used for the construction and repair of roads, landscaping, improving safety in educational institutions, and implementing other important projects.
