Recent changes to the rules were made in accordance with the government decree dated July 1, 2013, No. 390.
According to the new decree adopted by the Cabinet on February 5, 2026, under No. 61, applications for conducting registration trials and state registration can now be submitted electronically through the official web portal of the authorized body.
The electronic application form has equal legal force with the paper one and must include electronic copies of all necessary documents. Notifications about the status of the submission and the progress of the review will be sent to the applicant through their personal account.
The procedure for issuing the registration certificate has also changed: now the document can be issued in both paper and digital formats. A special catalog will record the state registration number, as well as the dates of registration and re-registration.
The purpose of this decree is to implement the Presidential Decree of the Kyrgyz Republic on the introduction of the Concept of Digital Transformation for 2024–2028, and it comes into effect 15 days after its official publication.
This decision was published in the newspaper "Erkin Too" on February 10, 2026, No. 9. The decree was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
