The total volume of imported cement amounted to 1.2 million tons, with Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan being the main suppliers.
Cement imports from Uzbekistan grew almost fivefold, reaching nearly 700 thousand tons, while the volume of supplies from Kazakhstan increased by 1.1 times, totaling 426 thousand tons. Significant volumes also came from China and Iran.
The cost of imported cement increased by 2.6 times, amounting to 81.6 million dollars. The average price for most products ranged from 62 to 71 dollars per ton.
