According to his information, in the Panfilov district, near the Chaldybar checkpoint, 3 hectares of land plots have been allocated, of which 6 facilities have already been transferred to the State Property Management Fund. Zhantaev noted that on November 20, 2025, the Panfilov District State Administration sent a letter to the State Tax Service regarding the acceptance of the specified land plots.
In the Alamudun district, near the Ak-Jol checkpoint, plots with a total area of 5.2 hectares have been prepared. The formation of these lands has been completed at the branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, and the documents have been submitted for verification and clarification to the district administration.
In the Issyk-Ata district, a 5-hectare plot located in the Kochkorbaev rural area has been transferred to the State Tax Service for temporary use for the purpose of constructing warehouses. Another plot of similar size in the Ak-Kuduk rural area has been submitted for consideration by the State Agency for Land Resources.
As for the Sokuluk district, work is being carried out under the order of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 1180-t to restore the operation of the "Tömönkü-Chüy — highway" checkpoint and to construct a road from the village of Frunze to this checkpoint. To coordinate the exchange of land plots and account for unregistered lands, an interdepartmental commission has been created, which, together with the branch of the State Agency and the Tömönkü-Chüy rural area, clarified the areas of private property.
According to Zhantaev, the total area of land proposed for exchange is 22.83 hectares, while unregistered agricultural plots occupy 10.23 hectares. The lands are distributed according to the wishes of their owners, and plots without owners are placed on the balance of the rural area.
