
From 2021 to 2025, national infrastructure in Kyrgyzstan was actively developed. As a result, over 173 billion 596.1 million soms were invested during this period, according to information provided by the Ministry of Finance.
These funds enabled the implementation of numerous important projects in areas such as energy, transport, agriculture, and social services.
Logistics and Transport Independence
For the development of transport infrastructure, 47 billion 771.4 million soms were allocated. During this time, the following results were achieved in the country:

Investments in the energy sector amounted to 38 billion 402.3 million soms. Key achievements in this area:

23 billion 165.7 million soms were directed towards the design and implementation of water supply.

6 billion 597.1 million soms were invested in healthcare. These funds allowed for:

The Ministry of Finance noted that the systematic investments made from 2021 to 2025 created a foundation for long-term sustainable development, significantly improving the quality of life for citizens in all regions of the country.
- As a result of last year, the increase in fixed capital investment compared to 2024 by 18.1 percent ensured a growth of internal funding sources by 9 percent, while external investments increased by 3.8 percent. In total, for the year, they amounted to 283 billion 246.1 million soms.
