- The Cabinet of Ministers has instructed the State Mortgage Company (GIK) to consider the possibility of signing an investment agreement with a private contractor for the implementation of a multifunctional residential complex project in Bishkek. The corresponding order No. 64-r was issued on February 6, 2026.

The project involves the construction of a residential complex on a land plot of 1.5 hectares, located at: Bishkek, Abdrakhmanov Street, 220 - on the site of the former liquor distillery.
