According to the classification of the Ministry of Finance, the category "Dividends and Profits" includes the following sources of income:
- dividends from shares owned by the state and municipalities;
- profits received from the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan;
- profits from state and municipal enterprises.
According to the Ministry of Finance, in 2025, it was expected to receive 15.3 billion soms solely from dividends, excluding profits from the National Bank.
In reality, in 2025, the republican budget received 76.4 billion soms in the form of dividends and profits, including:
• dividends from shares - 29.9 billion soms;
• profits from the National Bank - 45.7 billion soms;
• profits from the sale of assets of the State Fund for Precious Metals and Stones - 0.9 billion soms;
• profits from state and municipal enterprises - 0.003 billion soms (with most of them temporarily exempt from transferring profits to the budget).
