
The participants focused on the solar power plant project in Balakchy, as well as the creation of a greenhouse complex that will occupy 50 hectares. Possible cooperation mechanisms, state support measures, and plans for further development of these initiatives were discussed.
Ravshanbek Sabirov, head of the National Agency, emphasized that attracting investments remains a strategic priority for the Kyrgyz Republic.
He noted: "The state is taking consistent steps to protect business, liberalize tax and customs policies, and create a predictable investment environment. All these measures are aimed at strengthening investor confidence and turning Kyrgyzstan into one of the leading investment centers in Central Asia."
According to the agency, the implementation of the mentioned projects will attract foreign investments, create new jobs, and enhance the level of food and energy security in the country.
As a result of the meeting, the parties confirmed their readiness to develop partnerships and provide assistance in supporting priority investment initiatives.
