In Kyrgyzstan, there is a growing trend of female entrepreneurship, especially in the field of internet business. Among the successful women working in info production, Aliya Choybekova stands out, having gained recognition in the online space. In an interview with VB.KG, she spoke about her profession, which is still not widely known, how she managed to establish a successful business, and help her compatriots enter the vast online market, realize their creative potential, and earn a decent income.
Aliya, what sparked the beginning of your journey in the unique profession of info producer?
- My career started as a masseuse, while I was also involved in network marketing. I dreamed of working in the online space, and that’s how I got into info business. After training, I realized that being an info producer is indeed a new and exciting profession.
What does your profession entail?
- Production has gone beyond cinema and show business and has become a promising direction that facilitates the successful promotion of informational products. A producer is responsible for creating and promoting the knowledge and skills of specialists from various fields: from teachers to doctors and nutritionists. Many of them want to enter the online sphere but don’t know how to do it.
I help them with that. The tasks of an info producer include creating conditions for a successful product launch, professional packaging of pages, attracting users, and setting up targeted advertising for the right audience. The producer's goal is to showcase the expert's achievements, professional skills, and bring them to the "stage" of online education.
Thanks to producer support, experts open their courses and share knowledge with their students who wish to master certain professions. For example, in rural areas, learning massage practice is difficult, but with the help of online courses, it becomes possible. Doctors can provide medical consultations over the internet, and teachers can conduct classes or lectures for parents. Production is a vast market of high-paying informational services.
My work encompasses more than just marketing. Production involves not only advertising but also a deep understanding of the process. I believe that my role goes beyond that of a regular organizer—I act as a mentor who helps experts create a successful product that delivers results.
In online education, it’s important not only to teach but also to show the way by example. A true mentor should be a practitioner who has achieved success and shares effective systems with others.
What attracts you to the work of a producer?
- This profession allows me not only to earn but also to help others find themselves, launch projects, and change their lives. I see how my students start from scratch and achieve stable income, becoming confident and free. This inspires me.
A producer is someone who is constantly developing. It’s necessary to understand marketing, sales, content, and keep up with trends and new technologies. I find this interesting, and I strive to pass on my knowledge to my students. This is the essence of my work.
How many students do you have now?
- I have been working in the info business for three years, and during this time I have trained over five thousand people from different countries, including the USA. My graduates successfully navigate the market and earn money. I have helped many women who, due to family circumstances, had to stay at home, become online experts and earn a stable income.
What do you think is the secret to success in business?
- Success does not come instantly. If a person is ready to work hard and learn from their mistakes, they will achieve results. I have faced failures and setbacks, but each time I got back up. As Confucius said, "He who is great is not the one who has never fallen, but the one who falls and gets up." Perseverance, determination, and a desire for self-improvement lead to successful outcomes. I am proud that I was able to overcome difficulties and realize my dreams.
A successful business is one that benefits both itself and others. This belief drives me forward.
You mentioned that you realized your dream. What is it?
- While working as a masseuse, I dreamed of opening my own spa salon, but at that time I lacked the necessary knowledge. Now, as an info producer, I have been able to fulfill that dream because I learned how to advertise, create websites, and manage a team. Now I can work with any business.
My former students are also successfully implementing their projects and have already recouped their training costs, which enhances my reputation as a mentor.
How do you assess the prospects of info production in Kyrgyzstan?
- Info production is a huge, free market, and I strive to help my compatriots enter it. Many specialists, such as psychologists, want to develop and conduct online practices but don’t know how to start. The services of a producer are indispensable here. We help open businesses and earn money using their knowledge and skills. A producer is needed in any niche, and we are ready to bring anyone into the online sphere.
The world is constantly changing, and that’s wonderful! Many Kyrgyz people are beginning to realize that the future lies in the online sphere, although most still don’t know how to utilize it. We are lagging behind Russia and Kazakhstan, but ultimately everyone will transition online. I am convinced that today’s students will become professionals in their fields when that happens.
I’m not just talking about learning a new profession, but also about promoting their knowledge and experience in an online format to earn and develop their products.
What do you enjoy doing in your free time to recharge?
- Everyone has their own ways of relaxing. I am an active person and prefer active leisure: hiking in the mountains, visiting hot springs. I love sharing my travel experiences on my Instagram blog and try to spend time with loved ones. This gives me the energy and motivation I need to run my business.
What are your goals for this year?
- To master info production, I trained with eight mentors in different countries. However, the info business changes very quickly, and the knowledge that was relevant two years ago is already outdated. Therefore, it’s important for a producer to constantly develop; otherwise, one can fall behind. I continue to learn myself, and this year I plan to participate in training sessions with well-known speakers such as Tony Robbins and Robert Kiyosaki. I also want to get into coaching and motivate more Kyrgyz people to go online.
Thank you for the interesting conversation. I wish you success in achieving your goals.
