The deadline for switching to a single tax for those working abroad has been extended to March 1

This applies to entrepreneurs conducting their activities outside of Kyrgyzstan.

The State Tax Service informs that the deadline for submitting applications to switch to a simplified taxation system using a single tax has now been extended to March 1, 2026.

Previously, all those wishing to work outside the Kyrgyz Republic had to submit their applications by February 1. However, in response to numerous requests, this deadline has been extended.

Starting January 1, 2026, taxpayers working abroad are required to use a single tax at a rate of 0.1%. To do this, they need to contact the local tax authorities at their place of registration and submit the appropriate application.

The tax service strongly urges entrepreneurs not to delay the process of switching to the special tax regime.
