In 2025, Kyrgyzstan managed to produce agricultural products worth 459.7 billion soms, as reported by Bakyt Torobaev, the Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry. This statement was made at a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh.
The minister noted that this result exceeds the level of 2024 by 62.9 billion soms.
“The agricultural sector finished 2025 with impressive indicators. The volume of agricultural products produced amounted to 459.7 billion soms, which is 62.9 billion soms more than last year. The growth rate was 102.2%. There is also growth in the processing industry: products worth 104.7 billion soms were produced, exceeding the level of 2024 by 16.2 billion soms, with a growth rate of 130%,” he added.
