The Guarantee Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic helped attract over 2.5 billion soms to women's business
According to the fund, last year women became the owners of 40 percent of all issued guarantees. Over 12 months, 658 guarantees were issued for a total amount exceeding 586.2 million soms, which allowed for the attraction of more than 2.5 billion soms in the form of loans.
Women entrepreneurs were able not only to develop existing companies but also to launch new productions and implement service projects. They actively participate in sectors such as agriculture, trade, and services, as well as other sectors of the economy.
Supporting women in business is seen as an important factor for achieving sustainable economic growth and increasing employment levels.
