The total volume of gross output in construction from January to December 2025 amounted to 438,481.7 million soms, which is 21.1% higher than in 2024. In particular, in December 2025, the volume of completed works amounted to 119,624.8 million soms, which is 10.3% more compared to December 2024.
Investments in the development of the sector also demonstrated growth: the level of capital investment utilization for 2025 was 118.4% compared to 2024 (at comparable prices), and the total volume of investments reached 374,571.4 million soms. In December 2025, the volume of investments amounted to 91,325.4 million soms, which is 31.8% higher than the corresponding figure for December 2024.
