Compared to 2024, the volume of transfers decreased by 19.1%, which is equivalent to a reduction of 4.1 billion soms.
However, the own revenues of local budgets in 2025 showed an increase of 22.7%, rising by 10.7 billion soms to a total of 57.6 billion soms.
There are 264 local budgets operating in the country, of which 33 belong to cities and 231 to rural districts (ayil aimaks).
