It is anticipated that in 2026, budget revenues will amount to 25.32 billion soms, and in 2027, they will increase to 27.46 billion soms, indicating a growth of nearly 2.1 billion soms per year.
The planned tax revenues for 2026 are 19.37 billion soms, and for 2027 — 21.51 billion soms. The share of taxes in total revenues will continue to exceed 75%.
The main source of income remains the income tax withheld by tax agents:
- 2026 — 16.17 billion soms
- 2027 — 18.31 billion soms
In 2026–2027, stable revenues from property taxes are planned as follows:
- property tax — 1.08 billion soms per year;
- land tax — 322.1 million soms per year.
It is forecasted that revenues from the tax on movable property in 2026 and 2027 will amount to 452.7 million soms annually.
Revenues from trade in special zones will remain at 835.3 million soms per year in 2026 and 2027, while royalties are expected to reach 38.5 million soms by 2027.
Comparing with the revised budget for 2025, which amounted to 29.43 billion soms, a decrease in revenues is forecasted for 2026; however, their recovery is planned for 2027.
