Shareholders of the "Kochmon City" residential complex are waiting for help, promises from the State Investment Committee have not been fulfilled, - deputy
According to Surabaldiyeva, after the transfer of the project to the State Mortgage Company, the shareholders were promised that their invested funds would be preserved. This promise, she noted, was made, among others, by the head of the Presidential Administration Kanaybek Tumanbaev.
However, as the deputy reported, in 2025 all these agreements were violated. The shareholders continue to appeal for solutions to their problems, she stated.
This statement was responded to by the Deputy Head of the State Mortgage Company Nurlan Kudaykulov, who explained that the company "Prime Holding" did not complete the construction, resulting in 724 shareholders effectively being left without housing.
Kudaykulov added that the shareholders invested about 400 million soms in the project.
"The state has taken on obligations to the shareholders, but they must continue to make monthly payments according to their contracts," he reported.
The deputy also noted that the previously announced conditions, under which housing was to be provided for 7 years interest-free, and then for 15 years at 8% per annum, have changed.
Surabaldiyeva called for accountability and urged not to make promises to the people that cannot be fulfilled.
