During the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Minister of Construction Nurdun Oruntaev reported that at the moment, 200 multi-story buildings in the republic have been recorded without the necessary documents for their commissioning.
According to him, in 2025, 150 of these facilities received permission for operation.
The minister also noted that some construction company owners are evading justice, leaving unfinished projects behind. While work continues on the remaining 50 facilities, the safety of the buildings raises serious concerns, as some of them do not meet established standards and cannot be put into operation at this time,” he added.
