In the city of Osh, 13 streets will be repaired, some will become four-lane.
According to Mayor Jenishbek Toktorbaev, this year it is expected that roads covering a total area of about 11,000 square meters will be repaired. In particular, Asrankulova Street will be restored up to Kurmanjan-Datka and Alieva Streets. The Alieva Street will also be put in order, along with the final section of Mamyrava Street, which will connect it to the new part of Kurmanjan-Datka Street. To improve the conditions for children's movement, gravel has been temporarily laid on the sidewalk, and a complete asphalt laying will be done on a 300-meter section.
Repair work has already begun on Saint Petersburg Street. After the completion of this project, the street will become four-lane with sidewalks. Additionally, there are plans to update 800 meters of Kurmanjan-Datka Street and Alymbek-Datka Street. Last year, the section from the residence to the central square was asphalted, and this year asphalt will be laid on the section up to A. Navoi Street. Abdikadyrov Street has also undergone changes: its width has increased by 50 meters, and 48 families have been relocated. Currently, there are two final objects that need to be resolved for the new, wide road to open. In addition, a boulevard will be built from the expanded Masalieva Street to B. Osmonova Street.
